We've had this idea to make a record invitation for a very long time, and we finally got around to making it! I couldn't be happier with it. Jonathan spent a bit of time looking up vintage records to get the inspiration for the sleeve design, and we also wanted it to an interactive invitation, instead of just showing a record, you actually pull the record out of it's sleeve.

While Jonathan does most of our desiging, I have been working on some invitations on my own, being a photographer I don't spend too much time trying to make new designs (I leave it up to the pro in our household). However, I've been toying with the idea of making a pattern of some kind, and having the back of the invitation printed with this pattern. Here is the result,

I also designed this invitation, we've been wanting to have an invitation that's printed on a brown kraft paper for a while now. This design can be printed with three different seasonal trees.

New Postcard Template

This is our new postcard template, we've kept postcards pretty simple in the past (just the place for the stamp and the address), but it's all in the details so I thought I'd make them a bit more interesting.

Linen Paper

One of our clients requested they're invitations to be printed on a linen paper. We had never printed on this paper before but were pleasantly surprised when we received the prints, it has a rich texture and is plenty thick. We dig it.

Save the date and Invite Combo

One of our clients purchased the Save the Date signs for they're save the date to go with the Chalkboard invite, and I love how they turned out! The colors they chose worked out really well.

When I was married, my wife and I were so worried about getting all of our wording just right. As with anything, there’s the formal and the casual approach, and each has several options. With a reply card, the most important thing is to think of what information you need from your guests. At many weddings, you just need to know how many guests to expect, so a simple accepts or declines will do. I like the cute route of absolutely, or unfortunately. But if you’re going to be serving a formal meal to your guests, you will most likely want to give your guests options on the card. With more and more vegetarians (myself included), it’s especially important to keep them in mind. So here are 7 wonderful ways to word your reply card.
